Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the METRICFLY website and service, as required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).
Access to the site is free. Using the service requires an account and, once the trial ends, an active subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to carry out activities that could damage, overload or interfere with its normal operation or that of the service.
Attempting to reach restricted areas, other organisations’ data, or the underlying systems is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The site’s contents, the METRICFLY name and the service’s software belong to Miranda Network, S.L. or are used under licence.
The measurement script installed on customers’ sites is provided for use with the service; serving it from your own domain is permitted.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of the figures shown.
Customers are responsible for installing the script correctly and for the lawfulness of the processing they carry out on their own sites.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Granadilla de Abona, unless applicable law imposes a different forum — in particular where the user is a consumer.
