The service
METRICFLY is a web analytics service installed on your own sites via a script, which can be connected to your Stripe account in read-only mode to attribute revenue.
It is provided as software as a service; no copy of the software is delivered and no ownership is transferred.
Trial, prices and tax
The trial lasts 30 days or 10,000 events, whichever comes first, and requires no card.
Published prices are in US dollars and exclude indirect taxes. As a company established in the Canary Islands, the applicable indirect tax is IGIC — not Spanish VAT — and is charged where due according to the customer’s residence and status.
Subscriptions renew automatically for equal periods unless cancelled beforehand from the dashboard.
Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly event volume. Collection stops on reaching 100% of it, and resumes when the period renews or you move to a larger plan.
The dashboard warns at 80% and at 90%, and states plainly when collection has stopped, so the ceiling is never a surprise.
Failed payments
If a charge fails you have 24 hours to update your payment method. Collection continues during that window and the dashboard shows the deadline.
After those 24 hours without resolution, collection is suspended. Data already stored is kept for the applicable retention period and becomes accessible again when the subscription is reactivated.
Customer obligations
You warrant that you have a lawful basis for measuring traffic on your sites and that you inform your visitors as required by the law applicable to you.
You will not use the service to collect special categories of data or to identify individual visitors by means outside the product.
Cancellation and portability
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard, effective at the end of the current period.
You can export your data as CSV at any time, at no cost and with no waiting period.
Liability
Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and except where the law does not permit limitation, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.
We are not liable for loss of profit or for indirect damages.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. The parties submit to the Juzgados y Tribunales de Granadilla de Abona, without prejudice to any mandatory forum available to a consumer.
