Cookie policy

A very short list, and why the product needs no banner.

On this website

The public part of this site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for analytics, advertising or profiling.

Signing in to the dashboard sets one technical session cookie, necessary to keep you authenticated. It is exempt from consent under Article 22(2) LSSI-CE as strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly requested.

The dashboard also keeps two preferences in your browser’s local storage — the light/dark theme and whether the side panel is collapsed. They never leave the device, are never sent to a server, and identify nobody.

And on sites that use METRICFLY

The measurement script writes no cookie and no storage key in a visitor’s browser. This is checkable rather than promised: the code is readable, its size is published, and an automated audit on every deploy fails the build if any such write appears.

A site that uses only this tool to measure its audience therefore needs no cookie banner on its account. If that same site uses other tools that do set cookies, a banner remains necessary because of those.

This is not legal advice: it describes what the product does so that your adviser can verify it.
